Goods once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged unless found to be eligible for exchange or return at the discretion of SHIVANE’S BOUTIQUE as detailed below.

- All color options offered on the net is to provide our customers the available choices at Shivane’s Boutique.
- It is practically impossible for Shivane’s Boutique to replicate exact colors of the Sarees as seen on your monitor. As the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
- We at Shivane’s Boutique hope to clarify and ascertain that every customer is aware of this genuine problem that Shivane’s Boutique faces.

YOU HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM.
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered differs from what you had reasonably expected, you may return the product totally unused, and in the same condition as you received it, within 3 days of delivery, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund claim or for an exchange.
SHIVANE’S BOUTIQUE is NOT Liable to pay the return shipment charges, which you’ll have to bear.
- Do not ship the item back to us until and unless we first give you a clear go-ahead on email. Else we are not liable for your package as it may get lost.
- You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
- Please allow 15 to 20 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
SHIVANE’S BOUTIQUE’S RESPONISIBITILIES
- In case the original product is no longer available, the customer may be requested to select a similar alternate product of the same price or less. If you choose more expensive one in exchange, then the additional amount needs to be sent to Shivane’s Boutique first, then we’ll ship the new one back to you.
- Apart from the above Shivane’s Boutique is under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or credit. Shivane’s Boutique has the sole discretion to assess each case separately and shall take necessary action at its discretion.
Mode of Refund: Only by Credit return
Kindly note that credits against the Customer’s credit card account normally take three (3-5) business days (fifteen days (15) in case of COD) to be processed after receiving and examining the product. Thereafter, the corresponding bank of the customer may take about two-five (2-5) business days from the date of Shivane’s Boutique processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer’s accounts. Customer may check the credits in their next credit card statement.
Cancellation or Changes to Orders
Since your order is processed as quickly as possible, in case it has been shipped from our store by courier, we will be unable to modify or cancel your order once it is received in our system.
