As the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

YOU HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM.
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered differs from what you had reasonably expected, you may return the product totally unused, and in the same condition as you received it, within 3 days of delivery, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund claim or for an exchange.

SHIVANE’S BOUTIQUE’S RESPONISIBITILIES
- In case the original product is no longer available, the customer may be requested to select a similar alternate product of the same price or less. If you choose a more expensive one during the exchange, then the additional payment must be cleared with Shivane’s Boutique beforehand. Once this is cleared, we will move ahead with the new shipment.
- Apart from the above, Shivane’s Boutique is under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchanges or credit. Shivane’s Boutique has the sole discretion to assess each case separately and shall take necessary action at its discretion.
Mode of Refund: Only by Credit return
Kindly note that credits against the Customer’s credit card account normally take three (3-5) business days (fifteen days (15) in case of COD) to be processed after receiving and examining the product. Thereafter, the corresponding bank of the customer may take about two-five (2-5) business days from the date of Shivane’s Boutique processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer’s accounts. Customers may check the credits in their next credit card statement.
