Shivane’s Boutique delivers products all over India and worldwide.
Shipping charges across India is completely free of charge. Irrespective of the number of products ordered.Shivane’s ships worldwide however, shipping charges outside India will be Rs.1000/- for the first product and Rs. 500/- for every additional product purchased.
We request our customers to provide accurate and valid personal information at the time of creating an account. Shivane’s Boutique will not be accountable in case of an incorrect address.
The customer won’t be able to change the shipping address once the order is placed. However, in case of any concerns faced after placement of the order kindly mail us at shivaneboutique@gmail.com.
Customers can track the order from our website once the order is placed. You can also contact our customer care service if you have any order-related queries.
The Shipping address means the address where the order needs to be delivered and the Billing address shall mean the address where the customer receives their Credit Card statements.
The customer will be receiving a confirmation email once their order is confirmed with us.
The international customers are requested to pay the VAT/ Import Duties/ Local Taxes at the time of the delivery to our courier partner, as these charges are ungovernable, they differ according to the country’s rules and regulations of an individual.
